Shipping to the United States

For standard in-stock items, estimated U.S. delivery is approximately 8–15 business days: 1–3 business days for processing plus 7–12 business days in transit after dispatch. Personalized, made-to-order, out-of-stock production and large or sea-freight items may take longer. Follow the selected product’s specific timeline and confirm timing before ordering. Returns

Sale-priced items are not eligible for change-of-mind or other non-quality returns. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us for assistance. Other eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery; customers arrange and pay for non-quality return shipping to China, with no prepaid label. Contact us before mailing a return.
