10″, 14″ and 20″ options: for standard in-stock items, estimated U.S. delivery is approximately 8–15 business days: 1–3 business days for processing plus 7–12 business days in transit after dispatch. Confirm timing before ordering for a particular date or requesting custom work.
Large 35″ and 47″ pieces: allow approximately 30–55 calendar days for the full process, including carving, finishing, packing and sea-freight shipping. Contact us before purchase to confirm timing and delivery arrangements.

What is the sculpture made from?
Solid ash wood with carved detail and visible natural grain. The two colour options describe finishes. Grain and tone vary between pieces.
How should I display it?
This piece is designed for wall display. Choose fixings suited to the wall construction and the weight of your selected size. For a large piece, confirm the weight and mounting requirements with us before ordering; use suitable professional installation where needed.
Can I request a name, date or dedication?
For personal engraving, contact us before ordering with your selected size and proposed text. We will need to confirm availability, placement, any additional cost and timing. The colour and size selectors do not submit engraving instructions.
What is included with the sculpture?
The listing is for the selected sculpture. Bibles, candles, rosaries and other styling props shown in photographs are display examples. If gift packaging or mounting accessories are important to your order, ask us to confirm the included items before purchase.
What if my order arrives damaged or I need a return?
For damage, defects or an incorrect item, contact company@mokarve.com with your order number and clear photos. Report shipping damage within 7 days of delivery.
Sale-priced and personalised items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns under our policy, subject to applicable exceptions. Other eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery; customers arrange and pay for non-quality return shipping to China. Contact us before sending an item back. How do I care for the wood?
Display indoors in a dry space. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid soaking, harsh cleaners, prolonged moisture and direct heat. Keep the sculpture safely away from open candle flames.

These sizes are carved after ordering. Please contact company@mokarve.com before payment so we can confirm your selected size, finish, destination and freight quote.
- Production: 10–20 calendar days.
- Air freight after dispatch: 7–12 calendar days; estimated total 17–32 calendar days.
- Sea freight after dispatch: 20–35 calendar days; estimated total 30–55 calendar days.
All time ranges in this section are calendar days and are estimates, not guarantees. Freight is confirmed using the packed dimensions, weight and destination. Free sea freight may be available after confirmation. Air freight requires an additional quoted charge. The standard $99.99 free-shipping promotion does not apply to these sizes.
Simple size changes and engraving have no customization fee. Changes to the product design require a separately agreed design fee. Final product and freight pricing is confirmed before payment.

Returns, damage & order problems
For eligible items, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Regularly discounted items are eligible for change-of-mind or other non-quality returns when the eligibility conditions in this policy are met. The exceptions below and applicable statutory rights continue to apply.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at company@mokarve.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Room 1202, Building B, Yuanfang Building, Beizha, Humen Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, China.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. For non-quality returns (such as a change of mind), you must arrange and pay for the return shipping to China yourself. Please contact your shipping carrier directly for a return-shipping quote. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for non-quality returns. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so we can review the issue and provide instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom or personalized products and gift cards are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us so we can review the issue and provide instructions. These exclusions do not limit applicable statutory rights, including the European Union provisions below.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
